1. Use of the App

3. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Terms: Gadpark provides shipping options based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. While we strive for prompt deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
- Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Gadpark are shipped under a shipment contract, meaning the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
